There's something about this time of year...

...and how things just seem to work for a while.

We'll see how it all ends up, but as for now here are some pictures from our first day of grillin' at the house. Arran, Crystal, Jenna, and Antonio came over the weekend UT told Colorado what's up.
Me taking this picture turned into one of those situations that ended up with me looking like a stalker, but I'll trade an awkward moment for a good lighting moment. There are not enough of these moments in a day.

Well, it certainly has been a while since the last update, but the I think the yellow pad that substituted the blog over the summer is better kept back home.
Now, despite how little control I had over my legs all last night and this morning, I'm pretty sure that running that 10k was way worth it. I mean I got a free shirt, a free bracelet, and the satisfaction that Lance Armstrong only finished 20 minutes before me. I finished at a cool 57:19 and still managed to waste another 45 minutes trying to find my dad amongst the other 15,000 wearing red nike shirts. Here's some pictures from race day, there was a picture taken post race, but it hasn't been put online yet by the company taking them. I think there is going to be a nice contrast between the pre and post race pictures.
